We serve entrepreneurs and business owners globally. Data Retention

Active customer data Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 7 years (per Canadian tax and accounting regulations).
Transactional records Retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of the transaction.
Marketing email lists Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which your data is deleted within 30 days.
Analytics data Aggregated and anonymised after 26 months; individual-level data deleted before that threshold.
Onboarding & project files Retained for the duration of the active engagement plus 12 months, then securely deleted upon request.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with our data destruction procedures.
